高职院校来华留学生跨文化适应及其影响因素的实证研究Empirical Study on Cross-cultural Adaptation and Its Influencing Factors among International Students in Chinese Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要(Abstract):
随着高职院校来华留学生规模持续扩大,跨文化适应成为这一群体首要面临的问题。本研究通过问卷调查和深度访谈考察留学生跨文化适应现状,并进一步探索社会支持对跨文化适应的影响及作用机制。结果显示,高职院校留学生在社会文化适应、心理适应、学术适应方面均处于中等偏上水平,且三个维度两两之间存在显著正相关;进一步分析表明,社会支持对提升跨文化适应各个维度均有显著的促进作用,其中任课教师的社会支持功能在以往研究中常被忽视;值得注意的是,不同来源的社会支持对不同维度适应的预测作用存在差异:中国朋友支持对社会文化适应促进效应最显著,本国亲友支持对心理适应贡献度最高,留学生管理人员支持对学术适应解释力最强。
