游客感知质量、满意度与游客忠诚度研究——以安徽九华山风景区为例Tourist Perceived Quality,Satisfaction and Loyalty:A Case Study of Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area in Anhui Province

摘要(Abstract):
为促进安徽九华山风景区旅游业的高质量发展,提升游客满意度和忠诚度,本文借助软件构建游客感知质量-游客满意度-游客忠诚度的结构方程模型。通过对276份有效问卷的调研数据分析,揭示游客感知质量、游客满意度、游客忠诚度之间的作用机制。结果显示,安徽九华山风景区游客感知质量对忠诚度有显著的正向影响,且满意度对感知价值和忠诚度之间起到完全中介作用;感知质量对满意度有显著正向影响;满意度对忠诚度有显著正向影响。研究结论为安徽九华山风景区高质量发展提供路径。
